Strategic Plan
Purpose
Providing quality local community theatre since 1984, the all-volunteer Prince William Little Theatre (PWLT) is partly funded by grants from the Prince William County Park Authority, the City of Manassas, and private contributions. In order for PWLT to continue to provide quality theatre and to grow as an organization, the Board of Directors of PWLT has created this strategic plan to provide guiding principles for steering the organization for the next 5 years. This Strategic Plan will be reviewed by the PWLT Board of Directors on an annual basis and modified as deemed appropriate.

We are committed to offering productions that attract audiences and casts of diverse demographics. Each season of productions will be reviewed for its appeal to all members of our community.
Production enhancement
We are proud to be a Resident Arts Partner at the Hylton Performing Arts Center at George Mason University. To the mutual benefit of PWLT and the Hylton Performing Arts Center, We are committed to investing in technology to further enhance productions.
Fiscal Responsibility
As a non-profit organization that is partially funded by community grants and contributions, Our Board of Directors and individual production staffs will be fiscally responsible for preparing and tracking budgets.
Community Involvement
We will seek opportunities to be active and involved in community events. Where appropriate, we will reach out to specific local groups (i.e. schools, religious groups, senior centers, etc) to offer programs relevant to their membership.
Enhanced Marketing
We will expand the promotion of its productions in an effort to reach larger audiences and attract new members. This will include an enhanced web and social media presence as well as an expanded campaign to attract new sponsors.
