Anna Burrell - Candidate for Member "At Large"
Anna's Personal Statement
As a military spouse, community theatre has always been a way for me to plug in and connect to any new area, and I was completely blown away by the warm welcome and encouragement I received when I became involved with Prince William Little Theatre. From the quality of productions to the professionalism of the rehearsal process, no other organization has made me feel more supported while creating great theatre for the community it serves. If elected to the board, I will work hard to ensure that Prince William Little Theatre continues to be a place where people are not only encouraged to be involved but to give the best versions of themselves no matter how they are contributing to the process.

As a former theatre teacher, I have extensive knowledge in planning an effective season that suits the needs of the local audience and fills seats. My personal mission in life is to inspire others and create joy, and I believe that when people love what they’re doing that energy and excitement spreads to all who come across them. PWLT is a special place that I am proud to be a part of due to the hard work of everyone who has been involved throughout the years, and I will do whatever I can to make sure that legacy continues for many years to come.
