Luis's Bio

Luis has been working in healthcare for 15 years.  He is currently working as a team leader at The INOVA Fair Oaks Hospital outpatient surgical services.  As a member of the patient access team, he takes pride delivering excellent costumer service and developing his team to always be the best in what they do with patients.  He strategically revises department’s standards of procedures to ensure they meet the patient’s needs.  This has helped Luis to develop planning, communication and public relations skills.  These are the skills he uses on the daily basis and he feel that he can bring those skills and  a lot more to offer to PWLT.
