Emily's Personal Statement

Emily’s greatest joy is learning and adventuring alongside of her son. She is also a PA who worked in primary care for close to a decade but now feels completely fulfilled working in obesity and metabolic health for Revolution Medicine. She was a double major in premed and acting and was fortunate to work for several professional theatre companies and films before becoming a full time PA. 

Recently she has been involved in 2 PWLT productions: 110 in the Shade (WATCH nominated for portraying Lizzie) and Secret Garden. She is assistant producing Woman in Black, Fall 2025.

Emily wants to be a part of supporting this theatre’s inclusive community and producing art full of heart and meaning. She recognizes that everything is pulling for our time and attention. There seem to be fewer places where people from different backgrounds authentically gather. She’d like to make it easier for others to find a creative home with us.

In that spirit, her biggest goal is to make it easier for people to become involved: creating shorter/smaller but clear commitments. Emily wants to help support production elements and bring more whimsy in a time where she personally needs and wants more of it.
